Lanciare come prima cosa questo script da Powershell come amministratore, questo installerà alcune librerie da cui Winget dipende:

$installScript =  Invoke-RestMethod https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gabriel-vanca/VCLibs/main/Deploy_MS_VCLibs.ps1
Invoke-Expression $installScript

Poi:

Install-Script winget-install -Force
winget-install -Force
